Malaysia universities — programme fees, verified.

Every English-taught bachelor’s and master’s programme we could verify at Malaysia’s public universities, private universities, foreign branch campuses and university colleges — with Malaysian and international fees transcribed from each institution’s own published documents, its MQA accreditation status, and an honest note on how much of it is really taught in English.

How to read this section

Medium, tiered honestly

Programmes are labelled English-medium only where the institution itself states it (tier E1). Public-university degrees that are mainly English with some Malay- or Arabic-medium courses are labelled as such (tier E2) — never flattened into a binary “English” tag.

MQA status on every programme

Each programme carries its Malaysian Qualifications Agency status from the MQR register: full accreditation, provisional accreditation (a new programme awaiting its first final-year cohort), or not yet in the register — with the register code and check date.

Dual rates, side by side

Where an institution publishes separate Malaysian and international fees, both are shown in the currency and on the basis it publishes — total, per year or per semester — including whether the figure includes the 6% SST charged on non-Malaysian students’ fees since July 2025.

Recognition in China

Institution pages state their position on China’s JSJ reference list, checked against the current list — and our recognition guide explains why enhanced review, suspension and delisting are three different things.
