Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of CredRadar (credradar.org). By using the site, you accept them.
What CredRadar is
CredRadar is an independent online directory of international schools in Thailand. We compile information from public sources — school websites and fee documents, official registers, accreditation directories and reputable third-party listings — and label every tuition figure with its source and the date it was checked. CredRadar is not affiliated with any school, school group or government body, and a listing is not an endorsement or a recommendation.
Accuracy and "as published" figures
CredRadar is an independent information service. The fees, admissions facts, examination results and other figures on this site are reproduced from each school's own publications — its website, fee schedules and official documents — or, where clearly labelled, from official public records and named third-party sources. Every figure carries the date on which we checked it and a link to an archived copy of the page it came from.
Schools change their fees and policies during the year, and a school's current figures may differ from the figures we recorded on the check date. Figures on this site are a starting point for research, not a quotation. Always confirm current fees, availability and admissions requirements directly with the school before making any decision or payment.
If you believe any figure on this site is wrong, tell us via our corrections & right-of-reply policy. We re-check reported figures against the school's own current documents and correct genuine errors promptly and openly, with the change recorded in our public changelog.
Intellectual property & the compiled dataset
The individual facts on this site — a school's name, its location, the fees it publishes — are public information. The compiled dataset is different: the selection, verification, structure, labelling, texts and presentation of this directory are the result of substantial editorial work and are protected by copyright and, where applicable, database rights.
You may browse the site and share links freely. You may not, without our prior written permission:
- scrape, crawl or otherwise bulk-extract the directory, or a substantial part of it;
- republish our compiled data, in whole or in substantial part, to build or populate a competing product or dataset;
- strip the source labels and verification dates and present our compiled figures as your own.
Search engines and AI assistants may index this site and cite its pages with attribution and a link — that is welcome. Automated access that violates this section may be blocked, and we may pursue the remedies available under applicable law, including Thailand's Copyright Act and Computer Crime Act.
Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully and as intended. Do not submit false or misleading information through our forms, impersonate a school or another person, attempt to disrupt the site or gain unauthorised access to it or its infrastructure, or use the site to send spam.
Outbound links & referral tracking
Links to school websites from listing pages pass through our /go redirect and carry UTM parameters (for example utm_source=credradar) so that the school can see, in its own analytics, that the visit came from CredRadar. We count these clicks in aggregate. Third-party websites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies; we are not responsible for their content.
Independent and not affiliated
CredRadar is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any school listed on this site, or of any accrediting body, examination board or government agency whose records we cite.
A school's inclusion in the directory, and any comparison, list or guide in which it appears, is editorial and is not a recommendation. Inclusion is never sold, and no school can pay to change its data, its position in any list, or the content of its profile. Where a school works with us in any commercial capacity (for example, receiving enquiries), that relationship does not affect its listing, its data or its placement.
School names are used only to identify the schools concerned (see "Content, names and images" below).
Liability
The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CredRadar is not liable for losses arising from reliance on information in the directory, from third-party websites, or from arrangements made between you and a school. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Content, names and images
School names and logos. School names on this site are used only to identify the schools they refer to. Logos and trade dress remain the property of the schools concerned; their presence does not imply affiliation, partnership or endorsement (see "Independent and not affiliated" above).
Our content. The text, data compilations, comparisons and tools on this site are © CredRadar unless otherwise stated. Individual facts (such as a fee figure) belong to no one; the way we have collected, verified and presented them is our work. You may quote individual figures with a credit and a link to the page you took them from.
School documents. We do not republish schools' prospectuses or fee documents. We link to the school's own page and to an archived copy held by the Wayback Machine so readers can see the source we used.
Photographs. Campus photographs are credited where they are displayed. Many are provided through Google Places and remain © their respective contributors; author attributions returned with a photograph are shown with it. If you are a school or a photographer and would like a photograph removed or re-credited, contact us and we will act promptly.
Takedown. Copyright owners (or their agents) may send an infringement notice to [email protected] (see also the DMCA link in the footer of every page). We review every notice, remove or disable the identified material where a claim is substantiated, and notify the uploader where applicable.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page, together with its update date; continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

Content and intellectual property
School names are used in plain text to identify the schools; they remain the trademarks of their owners, and no school logo is used as a design element of this site. Facts — fees, dates, counts — are not protected by copyright and may be quoted with a credit to CredRadar; the text, structure and presentation of this site are our own work and may not be copied wholesale. Where a school prefers different wording for its own description, it can tell us via the claim form and we will review it.
Photographs credited to Google Maps contributors are shown under the Google Maps Platform terms, with the photographer's attribution displayed; a photographer who wants a photo removed can contact us and we will remove it promptly. Other images come from the schools' own public materials or openly licensed sources, credited on the page.
Links to other sites
We link to schools' official sites and to public registers. We are not responsible for the content of other sites.
