Cities and tools index pages added
Two index pages that were missing from the Malaysia section have been added: a cities index linking to every city page with its listed school count, and a tools index gathering the school finder, the side-by-side comparison and the total cost calculator in one place. Both pages are published in English and Chinese.

Malaysia section launched
CredRadar Malaysia opens with 236 international-school records (230 open, 6 kept as labelled archive records) and 63 Chinese independent schools, in English and Chinese. Every fee is labelled [O] (verified from the school’s own published schedule — 115 schools) or [NV] (the school publishes no verifiable schedule).

How the count reconciles with the Ministry’s 246 licences
KPM’s 2025 statistics count 246 international licences; licences are not campuses (primary and secondary levels are often registered separately) and source lists repeat campuses under variant names. Our candidate ledger dispositioned 435 named candidates: the published 236 records, plus duplicates folded in, level-split registrations merged, 6 schools renamed (listed under their current names), 6 closed (published as archive records), 7 candidates that proved not to hold international licences, 1 expatriate-licence school (out of scope), and 3 candidates we could not anchor to an operating school — ANFAL International School, EtonHouse Malaysia and Emerald Gardens International School — which are not listed rather than invented. Penang (+2) and Pahang (+1) publish more campuses than the June-2025 licence count, consistent with registrations after the count date.

Chinese independent schools: 63 records against a register of 60
The UCSCAM register lists exactly 60 Chinese independent secondary schools and all 60 are listed. We publish 63 records: the 60, plus Foon Yew High School’s Kulai and Seri Alam branch campuses, plus Chong Hwa Secondary School Kuantan — which sits the UEC but is registered as a national-curriculum academic school; its page states that its 独中 status is disputed. Schools announced but not yet operating are not listed.

Fee evidence policy for Malaysia
Figures come only from each school’s own published documents. Schools that print their schedule only as an image or an unretrievable notice are labelled [NV] with the reason stated on the page — figures are never transcribed from aggregators or estimated. Where a school’s own documents contradict each other, both figures are recorded in the page’s notes with where each appears.
