Completion pass C6a (2026-10-09): UCYP's full MQR institution list (IDAkrIPTS=32; 59 records) was pulled and every bachelor's/master's record's delivery mode was verified on its register certificate. programmes[] now lists the full conventional set: 7 bachelor's and 3 master's, all Conventional per their certificates. The Phase 0 unidentified certificate MQA/FA15600 is resolved: it is a second Master of Business Administration record (from 10/11/2023) whose certificate states Open and Distance Learning delivery; it is excluded and tallied in excluded_online (the conventional MBA is MQA/FA13096). Master Of Islamic Studies (MQA/FA13874, from 06/03/2026) is excluded on medium grounds and tallied in excluded_e3: UCYP presents it only under its Malay name (Sarjana Pengajian Islam) within its International Institute for Islamic Civilization and publishes no English-medium statement for it; its delivery mode was not separately verified because the medium exclusion already applies. Medium tiers are per-programme E2 on recorded evidence (see each medium_basis), not by default: UCYP publishes no explicit English-medium statement for any programme, and its admission index presents the Plantation (MQA/FA12902) and Islamic Management (MQA/FA11322) degrees under Malay names while the register names are in English. Excluded as ended collaborations: BBA (International Business) with IUMW MQA/FA9260 (ended 31/01/2022), BBA with UUM A10818 (ended 20/11/2017), BSc Computer Science (Network and Security) with UTM MQA/FA3585 (ended 31/05/2018), MBA with IUMW MQA/FA8980 (ended 09/11/2022). No doctorates appear in UCYP's register list (excluded_doctorate = 0). UCYP's admission index also advertises a provisional ODL BBA (MQA/PA18875) and a Malay-named artificial-intelligence technology bachelor (MQA/PA18838); PA (provisional) records are not in the accredited register list and are neither listed nor tallied. Fees: no tuition figures are published on UCYP's own pages or documents, so all 10 programmes are not_published; UCYP pages mention a Yayasan Pahang education loan of RM 3,000/year towards living costs, which is a student loan rather than a fee and is not recorded.
