Open University Malaysia (OUM)
ODL-first institution: its MQR records state Open and Distance Learning delivery across the portfolio, so under the batch scope its programmes are excluded as fully-online and tallied rather than listed.
At a glance
PARTIAL PASS — OUM's full MQR institution list was not pulled. Five bachelor's programmes were individually verified against MQR certificates and every one states Mode of Delivery: Open and Distance Learning, so all five are counted in excluded_online: Bachelor of Business Administration with Honours (A8369), Bachelor of Malay Studies with Honours (MQA/FA2394, also Malay-medium), Bachelor of Liberal Studies with Honours (MQA/FA2719), Bachelor of Nursing Science with Honours (MQA/FA2767), Bachelor of Occupational Safety and Health Management with Honours (A9362). OUM's full portfolio (40+ bachelor's/master's plus doctorates, all ODL) means the true excluded_online and excluded_doctorate tallies are far larger; a dedicated pass should enumerate the full MQR list. No on-campus or blended programme was found in this pass. Website www.oum.edu.my confirmed from MQR records.
Programmes & fees
Fees are transcribed from the institution’s own published documents, in the currency and on the basis it publishes (total programme fee, per year or per semester). Where the institution publishes separate Malaysian and international rates, both are shown. A programme with no published fee is marked as such — figures are never estimated.
