Admissions at bilingual/EP schools run in Thai, on the Thai school calendar — the main intake is in May, not August/September. What the school itself publishes:

Enrolment period January-March for the May-March academic year; because many pupils are international, enrolment is also accepted at any time of the academic year until 15 December. All new students attend an interview and complete placement tests. Fees are due by end of March (Semester 1) and September (Semester 2); late payment is charged 1,000 baht per semester; withdrawal refunds are 80% within the first week of semester and 50% in the second week (admissions page).
