Foreign students per the official Admission Procedure page: submit a complete application with passport, birth certificate and certified past-3-years academic results; assessment and interview; Letter of Offer issued to successful students, with payment of the remaining required fees confirming the place; the school then obtains an MOE Letter of Support and applies for the student visa.
