3 steps per the official site: complete the Application for Admission form and pay the one-time non-refundable Application Fee with previous academic transcripts; entrance assessment and interview; Letter of Offer issued to successful applicants, acceptance confirmed by payment of the remaining required fees within the stipulated duration.
