PARTIAL PASS — Nilai's MQR institution list and fee schedule were not pulled in this pass; the four programmes listed are those individually verified against MQR certificate records (Conventional delivery). Excluded as ceased/revoked: Bachelor of Electrical and Electronics Engineering with Honours (MQA/FA11194, window ended 31/12/2023) and the American Degree Transfer Program (A7976, revoked 23/07/2019). Nilai's wider portfolio (business, nursing, applied sciences, aircraft maintenance diploma pathway, further master's and PhD in Education) needs a dedicated pass; excluded_doctorate is understated. A Nilai fee document exists (referenced by third parties as 'NILAI FEES') but was not retrieved from nilai.edu.my in this pass. Completion pass C6b (2026-10-09): a further attempt was made to retrieve Nilai's own fee document from nilai.edu.my (site-restricted searches for a fee PDF, the programme pages and the admissions pages). No programme tuition is published on the university's own pages — its international 'How to Apply' page lists only ancillary charges (application, visa, health screening, insurance, student pass, i-kad and e-VAL fees) — and the fee document quoted by third-party sites could not be retrieved from nilai.edu.my itself. All four fees therefore remain not_published; aggregator quotes of the document were again refused.
